| No collection is ever complete. There is always something left to desire and which would make a
nice addition. It happens just as well that pieces get into the collection which are double or could
be better, like a postware model or replica instead of a original wartime model.
The collection of Museum Canadian Allied Forces is no exception. One of the major missing pieces
is the most important tank of the western allies: the M4 Sherman tank. Very much a favourite amongst
the collectors, especially in the USA. Because of this the remaining number of Shermans in Europe
decreases at an alarming rate. |
